“In 2014 one of my family members was born with Down syndrome. From that day on, I knew I wanted to help him live the best, most fulfilling life he possibly could. When he began receiving Early Intervention services, I knew that was exactly what I wanted to do. That same year I began my studies at Winthrop University, majoring in Human Development and Family Studies. I graduated from Winthrop in May of 2018 and accepted my very first job with Carolina Behavior and Beyond, the same company that introduced Early Intervention to me! I love that I get to help families every day, just as my family has been helped!”
