“The soul is healed by being with children.” Ever since I can remember I’ve wanted nothing more than to work with children. I would often find myself teaching anything or anyone who would listen, so I went to college to be a teacher. Somewhere along that path I found Early Intervention which I thought was just a stepping stone that would one day lead to teaching. Eventually I left to teach, but Early Intervention and the work that we do stayed on my mind and in my heart. I put it off for a long time because I thought that teaching was my calling, only to find out Early Intervention is where I belong.
